    • Mitts – 1 set each 3.75mm (UK 9, US 5) and 3.25mm (UK 10, US 3) double-pointed knitting needles or size needed to give correct tension. 
    • cable needle for Beanie only. 
    • length of contrasting scrap yarn for Mitts
    • wool needle for finishing.

    TENSION

    22 sts and 42 rows to 10cm (4") over fisherman's rib using 4mm needles.
