SHIPPING
$10 for all orders under $150 and free postage for all orders over $150 within Australia.
Flat rate of $20 for all orders to New Zealand.
Flat rate of $60 for all orders to United Sates and United Kingdom. If shipping is less than $60 you will be refunded the remaining amount.
We use Australia Post regular parcel post for all deliveries.
As we operate our Mollydale Yarns business from a regional area with the closest Post Office 30km away we can't always guarantee your order will be sent on the same or next business day. We aim to send orders every 3-5 business days, as sending everyday is not sustainable.
We hand dye our Mollydale yarns and there are times we have to dye up yarn to complete the order which can delay shipment. We will be in touch with you if there is a delay on your order.
RETURNS
We want our customers to be completely happy with their purchase, but we understand that sometimes yarn and colours don’t necessarily match expectations.
We are happy to exchange or refund a purchase provided items are full price, in original packaging and in their original condition.

Return postage cost is the responsibility of the customer.
Item/s must be returned within 5 days of delivery.
Exchanges are subject to availability or stock.
We can only process a refund through your original payment method.
We will issue your refund within 2 business days of receiving your return.
We do not refund on discount, sale, discontinued items.
Please be aware that PayPal and your financial institution may take a further few days to complete the process.
STOCK AVAILABILITY
While we make every attempt to ensure that the online store reflects the availability of stock sometimes an item shown to be available may be out of stock.
If an item you order is out of stock we will contact you as soon as possible and issue a full refund.
